I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

Imagine waking up every morning feeling empowered, in control, and excited about your future. I know this transformation is real because I’ve lived it. And now, I help others achieve the same through personal and leadership development.

I’m Dr. Rita Esterly, a lifelong learner, educator, and resilience coach. My journey has been one of growth, discovery, and transformation. As a school counselor, therapist, coach, and consultant, I’ve dedicated my life to helping individuals not just survive adversity, but thrive beyond it. But it has not always been smooth for me either.

My husband and I enjoy parties. Here we are dressed up for a 1970's party theme.

Spending time with my adult children in Hawaii was a magical and fun experience. Here we are at a Luau enjoying the cultural dances.

One of my hobbies that makes me extremely happy is to capture a moment in time with my camera. This is a photo of a tree at sunset close to my house.

These two friends and I do service work together and also have fun while we are serving others. Girls just got to have fun!

THE PROBLEM THAT MOTIVATED ME TO CHANGE: Despite my education and professional success, I once felt unfulfilled, craving something more—more freedom, more impact, more joy, more purpose, more meaning, and more financial freedom. What happened was, I closed my private practice to become a volunteer leader in a service organization. I spent ten years doing volunteer work and although I enjoyed it, I was not getting the same successful feelings and financial freedom that I once had when I had my own business. The frustration of not living up to my full potential of helping others and at the same time earning an income was the push I needed to seek change.

THE DISCOVERY THAT INSPIRED ME: That is when I discovered an opportunity that changed everything. Through some personal and leadership development products, I found a system that aligned with my passion for growth and helping others plus giving me an income. With the right tools, mentorship, and a proven process, I not only overcame my own unfulfilled feelings and limiting beliefs, but also, built a thriving business helping others do the same. Today, I’m part of a powerful movement that transforms lives. The best part is that I became part of a community of supportive individuals from around the world who share my desire to help others toss out limiting beliefs and thrive beyond their dreams with the life they truly desire.
